Step Wedge Thickness Gauge Block: SW-1

Thickness Gauge Step Wedge blocks are made from 1080 Low Carbon Steel and is available as a 4 step block.

These are used to verify and adjust the calibration of your ultrasonic thickness gauge and transducer when performing NDT.

The step wedge block allows users to select a thickness reference closest to the expected thickness of the material under inspection  and can be used as part of 2-point calibration to improve testing accuracy.

OPTIONS:

4-step: 3.0, 5.0, 10.0, 15.0mm

Tolerance: +/-0.02mm, 0.001inch
