Calibration Step Wedge Block: SW-1

The SW-1 Thickness Gauge Step Wedge blocks are made from 1080 Low Carbon Steel and have 4 different step heights.

3.0, 5.0, 10.0, 15.0mm

These are commonly used to verify linearity and set/adjust the internal calibration of your ultrasonic thickness gauge and transducer probe before and during NDT testing.

The step wedge block enables the user to select a 'step' thickness closest to the material part(s) under inspection to improve testing accuracy; or for 2-point calibration to fine-tune thickness gauge calibration.

Supplied pre-oiled in a vacuum-sealed bag with factory certificate as standard.
