Sound Level Meter: SLR-1000

Digital Sound Level Meter SLR-1000 is used to measure and monitor noise levels to ensure that volume levels are within tolerances or an expected range in any industrial or domestic application.

A sound level meter can also be used to monitor sound levels within work places, such as factories and plants and ensure that employees are guided to wear hearing protection when excessive noise levels are present. Or on construction sites when commercial machinery such as excavators and bulldozers are used.

Other uses include road noise studies for setting up sound breaks along freeways and also for ensuring concerts and public events maintain an acceptable volume within local regulations.

The LCD screen displays the noise level in decibels and the results can be recorded. 

Sensitivity is adjustable for different ambient conditions and environments.
