Force Gauge Manual Test Stand: FGD-MTS

The FGD-MTS is a heavy duty, steel frame, force gauge test stand with manual operation by hand-wheel. It complements the FGD-Series digital Force Gauge to ensure greater accuracy and consistency when testing compression or tension forces in a production line application where fast, repeatable testing is required.

This test stand operates with a mechanical hand-wheel that provides 3mm of travel for every rotation to allow a precise, controlled application of force.

The base plate has two large mounting holes for attaching it securely to a bench for added stability. The base plate is completely removable, which allows the main testing boom to be custom-mounted into almost any existing application.

The FGD-MTS is a standalone manual testing frame that can be easily adapted for many other brands of force gauges.

Optional tensile testing frame and digital scale can be added on request.
