If the surface temperature has not reached the right temperature, then that surface is not likely to have achieved thermal disinfection.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThree different temperature points are indicated; 65°C, 71°C and 82°C.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe temperature point of interest depends on the length of the cycle.  If a cycle is short, then the 82°C temperature must be reached.  This goes to say that with a long cycle the 65°C temperature point will suffice. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePlease check guidelines with your local department of health.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTDI's are used by the catering suppliers of airlines, major and minor food production companies, hotels, hospitals, linen services, local restaurants and cooked \/ raw food suppliers such as a butchers and fresh seafood shops.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe TDI can also be used in medical applications including laundry services.
